Retail packs that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and still in their original sealed packaging.
Make sure the product hasn’t been opened or tampered with — it needs to be in resalable condition.

We won’t be able to process a return if:
- The product has been used or unsealed.
- It’s damaged due to mishandling or not in its original condition.
- More than 5 days have passed since the order was delivered.

Videos with edits, pauses, or cuts will not be accepted for claims.
