Here’s everything you need to know about our return, shipping, privacy, and service policies — all designed with you in mind.
Return/Refund policy
We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase! But if something’s off — don’t worry. We’re just an email away and ready to make things right.
✅ What You Can Return
You can return:
- Retail packs that are unused, unopened, undamaged, and still in their original sealed packaging.
- Make sure the product hasn’t been opened or tampered with — it needs to be in resaleable condition.
❌ What’s Not Returnable
- We won’t be able to process a return if:
- The product has been used or unsealed.
- It’s damaged due to mishandling or not in its original condition.
- More than 3 days have passed since the order was delivered.
🔁 When Can You Request a Replacement or Exchange?
We're happy to replace or exchange your item if:
- It arrived damaged during shipping.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- You received the wrong item.
📌 Important Notes:
- You’ll need to contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must still be sealed and packed as you received it.
- We’ll take care of the reverse pickup once approved.
To register a claim for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must record an unboxing video at the time of opening the package.
The video must be continuous and uncut from the moment the sealed package is shown until the product is fully revealed.
Videos with edits, pauses, or cuts will not be accepted for claims.

If it’s a return: RETURN – Your Order ID
If it’s a replacement: REPLACEMENT – Your Order ID
Message body: Briefly describe the issue. Feel free to attach photos if needed!
Once we receive your request, our friendly support team will guide you through the next steps. If approved, we’ll schedule a reverse pickup right from your doorstep.
📦 Make sure it’s securely packed so it returns safely to us!
💳 Refunds: Straight Back to You
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 to 15 business days:
- Paid online? Your money goes back to the original payment method.
- Paid Cash on Delivery? Just share your bank details and we’ll send it straight to your account.
📌 Note: If the item is being returned due to a mistake or defect on our part, we cover the return shipping. Otherwise, you’ll need to handle the return shipping cost.
